•  All staff and volunters must lock their screens if they are away from their desk for data protection.  To lock your screen please select the Windows icon and "L" keys on the keyboard.

• Cleaning stickers and devices at Assessment and Quality Check stages - Non-CTA stickers e.g. manufacturing stickers below screens should only be cleaned with the black scraper / cloth and the Isopropyl alcohol spray only.  If this takes too long to remove, please let a member of staff know.  Please note this is a tempoary measure aand will update you if there are any changes.

• Corporate Volunteering Day on Thursday 24th October.  Attendees will be based in the Training Room. This event is also visible on the calendar.  If you are in that day and wish to swap, please let us know.

• Individual logins are being rolled out this week for the App. Please remember to log in/out and the beginning/end of each shift!

• Volunteer login essentials and how to log devices guides are included in the blue Pipeline Process folder. This is found on the shelf in the workshop, these are also found on the front desk.
  
  

Week starting 09-09-24:

• New volunteer Thinkpad X280 laptops running Windows 11 have been rolled out. 

• Volunteer Google Chrome profile shortcut is present on the desktop. When you click the shortcut, it will open up on the following pages:  TaDa, CTA Intranet, Google Calendar and Gmail.

• Laptops are touchscreen.

• Lenovo USB-C and HP blue tip chargers are now stored in the racking room, and should be allocated at the Quality Check stage, not before

• Windows 11 is now to be  manually installed at the Assessment Check stage . Please update notes to reflect this on device records
